I just wanted to thank your service department. I apologize I don't have the gentleman's name, but I really appreciated his help on Wed. 5/6. My tail light was out and although I just stopped by without an appointment he quickly replaced it. When I asked what I owed and he said it was a Mother's Day present. I bought my Saturn in 2001, but it's only since you've changed ownership that it's become a pleasant experience when I come in for service. I don't normally write things like this, but I really did appreciate the quick service! Thank you! Sheryl Robinson Timing is everything. Here it is 8:45pm and my Saturn Service Man just brought my car to my door! I was just in the process of writing a note to send to Saturn of Glenview (IL), when I thought I would answer my email first. Glad I did. I want to give a BIG thank you to Saturn, & especially to Mark Korsak at Saturn Glenview, for going above & beyond the call of duty. I have had a wire problem with my seat heater since I purchased my car Aug 08. Unfortunately I didn't use it til Jan 09, when I found out the seat heater never shut off, even with the key taken out. So I had to manually turn off the seat, before I got out of the car each nite. Thanx to Rose, my sales lady, calling me 2 wks ago, to announce it was my Anniversary of 6 mo., I found out that my heater button SHOULD be shutting off when the key is out. Long story short, Mark got in touch with me and made arrangements to pick up my car, and take it to the dealer to be fixed while I was at work, left me a loaner for the day, and returned a very clean car tonite. The reason this is so amazing.... Glenview is 75 minutes away from me! So this saved me at least a 3 hr trip each day! I have had a few brand new cars in my lifetime, but a DEALER has never treated me so graciously. I love how the Saturn of Glenview dealership just goes beyond to help the customer. I absolutely LOVE my Saturn. I love the feel, the look, the ride. I am ALWAYS commenting to friends & family on how much I love my car. Thank you Saturn of Glenview. Have a great day! Dear Sirs,
I'd like to inform you of the wonderful experience I recently had at your dealership. I made contact with our sales rep on the phone. The next day I went in to see what they had. They had picked two choices, and I quickly eliminated one. Later that evening I returned and signed finance papers with the Business Manager who told me this decision was easy - especially when you're among friends - he couldn't have been more right. A few days later, I returned for service, and the friendly folks in service took care of everything ...I will gladly recommend Saturn of Glenview, and give them the name of my "Saturn Friends".

Actually, we ended up buying the 2004 Vue last night. My wife and I returned last night around 7:30, and the car was still there. The other person never showed up.
Thank you for all of your help yesterday. We had a very pleasant car-buying experience. You answered my internet inquiry within an hour, Nick had the car ready when I arrived in the afternoon, and he was very nice to deal with. When My wife and I returned the car was out front waiting, and Nick allowed her to test-drive it while he checked out our trade. he never was pushy. The financial guy was very funny, keeping the money part light and interesting.
We had been to Saturn of Gurnee the night before looking at a similar 2004 Vue, and had a very unpleasant experience. I was handed over to their most inexperienced salesman who didn't seem to care if I bought the car or not. It was in the service bay, but it wouldn't start, and they lied about why. They offered me salvage value for my trade, and wouldn't come down in the price. They wanted more for the front wheel drive with 86,000 miles than you did for the one we bought, with all wheel drive and 63,000 miles. .
Please tell the powers that be at Saturn of Glenview that we really like them. Even though we live in Zion. we prefer Saturn of Glenview. We now own three Saturns. if the Service is as good as the Sales we will drive down here to get all three cars worked on.

I L-O-V-E my Vue! I always look forward to the pleasant-weather seasons and hope that yours is a spectacular spring and summer season too. I hope you don't mind, but I've named my Vue "Rosebud": no...not for the "Radio Flyer" from Citizen Kane", but for an unrequited infatuation with a lovely young woman - also "Rose". Anyway, I'll check in on you in about a month when "Rosebud" is scheduled for maintenance.

I was most especially impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm for his product. These traits are all too rare in the area of customer service.
